KJ CONNECT APP SUPPORT

Need help with KJ Connect? You’re in the right place.

KJ Connect is the official app for the KJ Studios community, designed to keep studio information, calendars, show details, troupe content, notifications and important links all in one place.

KJ Connect normally uses a secure email verification code to sign in.

If you are having trouble logging in:

check that you entered the correct email address
check your inbox and junk/spam folder for the verification email
wait a moment and request a new code if needed
make sure you are using the same email address linked to your KJ Connect account

If you still cannot log in, contact KJ Studios for assistance.

NOTIFICATIONS

KJ Connect can send important studio notifications directly to your device.

If you are not receiving notifications:

make sure notifications are enabled for KJ Connect in your device settings
open KJ Connect and make sure you are signed in
check that your internet connection is working

Notification permissions can be changed at any time through your device settings.

CALENDAR

KJ Connect allows you to save selected KJ Studios events to your Apple Calendar.

If this is not working:

make sure Calendar access is enabled for KJ Connect in your device settings
try adding the event again
make sure you are using the latest version of KJ Connect

KJ Connect only adds events when you choose to do so.

TROUPE ACCESS

Some sections of KJ Connect are available only to dancers and families who have been assigned access to a KJ Studios troupe or performance team.

If you believe your troupe access is missing or incorrect, contact KJ Studios and we can check your account.
