Our beloved and amazing KJ Cadets program is a development and extension training designed to equip and educate the next generation of Creators, teachers, and leaders!

 

The KJ Cadets coaching aims to provide our young dancers with personal and professional development and tools to build their confidence across teaching, leadership, and so many other areas both in and out of the studios.

 

You may see our amazing cadets assisting in classes but this is only one aspect of the Mahi they put in and the tip of the iceberg in regards to fortnightly homework and handouts, group sessions, and 1:1 mentorship each Cadet receives.

 

Being a KJ cadet means showing up, taking on feedback, being willing to grow and learn, and diligently working towards your goals with the support of the amazing KJ Team!
